So much love for LI Joe and his performance in Street Fighter V at Evo. 5th place out of nearly 5100 and the only American player in the top 8. In terms of the MK scene, LI Joe goes all the way back to the original UMK3 days in the mid 90s and beyond for fighting games in general, playing against some of the elders in the MK community who still haunt us today! Without the support of TOs like Joe demanding that MK be represented at tournament events, the MK community would not have reached the heights it has in the last 15 years.
